SOHAS Advice Sessions
It is easy to get an appointment to speak to a SOHAS adviser.
Option 1: See the table below to check if there is a SOHAS adviser at your local GP surgery. If so please ring your GP surgery directly to book an appointment. This can be in person or on the phone.
Option 2: If your GP surgery is not on our list, please call us on 0114 2755760, or alternatively go to the ‘Make a Referral’ tab above to send us a secure email. Our Administrator will then contact you to book an appointment.
Our SOHAS office is open Monday-Thursday 9am to 4pm and Friday 9am to 1pm
